Qualifications:

Remote Lecturers:
- Doctorate Degree in the relevant field.
- Proven experience in online teaching and learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using online learning platforms (e. g Moodle, Canvas, Google Classroom etc)
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Remote Research Associates:
- Master’s degree or higher in the relevant field
- Strong research skills and experience in data analysis
- Excellent academic writing and presentation skills
- Proficiency in research methodologies and software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python etc)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
